Operations Management: Keep an eye on incoming and outgoing shipments, guarantee quality inspections, and reduce the number of shipments that go missing.
Team Supervision: Oversee delivery associates, keep track of duties, and promote productivity, discipline, and attendance.
Performance Monitoring: To achieve organizational delivery goals, monitor daily indicators such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and success rates.
Admin & Reporting: Produce daily MIS reports, oversee NDC (Non-Delivery Customer) calls, monitor cash transactions, and manage reverse logistics.
Pay: ₹16,800.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
