Student / Academic Counsellors (0–2+ Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and educational opportunities
- Understand student needs and provide suitable guidance
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve counselling and admission targets
Key Requirements:
- Strong sales mindset with solid sales knowledge
- Ability to handle and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
Business Development Executives (0–2+ Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through various channels (calls, networking, campaigns)
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Present services and negotiate deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
HR Executives (0–2+ Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Support employee engagement and HR operations
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Assist in policy implementation and compliance
Location: Open / Multiple Locations
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
