Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update customer data
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle calls politely and confidently
- Prior experience in telecalling is a plus
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
