Kudoz International Preschool is looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team. We are seeking a professional who is committed to supporting the developmental, emotional, and educational needs of young learners in an inclusive preschool environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and identify the individual learning and developmental needs of children.
- Develop and implement individualized learning and intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to children requiring additional assistance.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to ensure holistic child development.
- Monitor progress and maintain appropriate records and reports.
- Support inclusive classroom practices and recommend effective learning strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Special Education preferred.
- Prior experience working with preschool or early childhood learners will be an advantage.
