About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. You will be the "right hand" to the Director, ensuring that operations run smoothly and communication is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Mastery: Managing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring no overlaps.
Communication Hub: Handling emails, drafting professional correspondence, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Document Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with high accuracy.
Office Liaison: Coordinating with different departments to follow up on pending tasks assigned by the Director.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1 year in an Executive Assistant role.
Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a non-negotiable.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Proximity: Preference will be given to candidates residing in South Delhi or those with an easy commute to Okhla Phase-1.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
