Qualifications- ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical
Key Responsibilities
Maintain electrical systems of packing lines, PET blowing machines, compressors, tin manufacturing machines, conveyors, and utilities.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, panels, drives, sensors, and control systems.
Attend electrical breakdowns and restore production equipment quickly.
Monitor and maintain LT panels, MCCs, DBs, transformers, and DG sets.
Check proper functioning of PLCs, VFDs, relays, contactors, timers, and control circuits.
Maintain air compressors, chillers, heaters, and utility equipment.
Ensure proper earthing, cable management, and electrical safety compliance.
Maintain electrical logs, maintenance records, and spare inventory.
Coordinate with production team during machine setup and troubleshooting.
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.
