Position: Academic Counsellor
Job Summary:
The Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective and existing students in selecting suitable courses, supporting their academic journey, and ensuring a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
- Achieve admission targets and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
- Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and orientations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
