About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will handle both social media strategy and content management — planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and sales objectives
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and audience interaction
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns with the marketing team
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and report performance
Content Management:
- Create, edit, and manage content across formats — graphics, reels/videos, captions, blogs, newsletters
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and vendors for content production
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms
- Organize and manage a content library/asset bank for reuse and repurposing
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats (e.g., blog → reel → carousel)
- Ensure timely publishing as per the content calendar
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Basic video editing and photography skills
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
