About the Role
As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for learners exploring a career in design. You will listen to their goals, help them identify the right program, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role blends consultative counselling with a results-driven approach — your impact is direct and measurable.
Location: Hyderabad (On-site + Hybrid)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and interview performance)
Incentives: Monthly performance-linked variable bonus
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 6 months – 2 years | Recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
- Second Thursday of every month: Additional day off
- Every Thursday: Work from Home
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible login between 10–11 AM, includes 1-hour break)
What You'll Do
- Engage with prospective learners via calls, messages, and emails to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable programs
- Manage the complete admissions journey — from initial inquiry to successful enrollment
- Welcome and counsel walk-in learners at the office, explaining program details, learning outcomes, and placement support
- Work towards monthly enrollment goals through structured follow-ups and proactive outreach
- Collaborate with marketing and placement teams to ensure a seamless learner experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share process improvement suggestions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, admissions, business development, or placement coordination — freshers with the right aptitude are welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Language proficiency required: English (spoken and written, professional level) and Telugu (spoken and written, preferred to better serve our learner community)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and handle queries with patience and empathy
