Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media activities, coordinating influencer collaborations, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, and reels
- Maintain and execute the monthly content calendar
- Research social media trends, content formats, and creative ideas
- Coordinate with influencers/creators for collaborations
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Support marketing campaigns and brand activities
- Assist with content planning and execution
Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing/content creation
- Good understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, and social media trends
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Creative approach with good attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, travel, or F&B industry is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
