Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SPM (Special Purpose Machine) Engineer to design, develop, and maintain custom-built machines used in industrial automation. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in SPM machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM) based on requirements
- Handle machine assembly, installation, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in SPM machines
- Coordinate with production and design teams for improvements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure machines meet quality and safety standards
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in SPM machine engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and machine design
- Hands-on experience in assembly and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Good Knowledge in SolidWorks, AutoCAD (2D,3D)
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
