We are looking for a Telecaller – Pharmaceutical Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products, generate sales leads, follow up with existing customers, and support the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products.
- Contact pharmacies, distributors, doctors, healthcare professionals, and potential customers as required.
- Generate new sales leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer enquiries, and sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into business.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure proper follow-up.
- Prepare regular reports regarding calls, leads, orders, and sales activities.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and professional communication standards.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM/software tools.
- Ability to maintain customer records and prepare reports.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales, telecalling, healthcare, medical sales, or customer handling will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
