Job Description – Centre Manager
1. Brief About the Position / Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations, administration, training delivery, student engagement, placements, and business growth of the training centre. The Centre Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, maintain quality standards, achieve enrolment and placement targets, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, employers, and local communities.
2. Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage the overall operations and administration of the training centre.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs, assessments, and certification activities.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and learning outcomes.
- Lead and supervise trainers, placement staff, mobilizers, and support teams.
- Drive admissions, mobilization activities, and achieve centre enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team to ensure successful candidate placements and employer engagement.
- Build relationships with local industries, MSMEs, government bodies, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain centre infrastructure, assets, inventory, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations, training, admissions, and placements.

Reporting To: Regional Manager / Operations Head
Team Handling:
- Trainers
- Placement Officers/Executives /Mobilizers
- Centre Coordinators / Administrative & Support Staff
4. Work Location & Language
Location :- Delhi
Languages
- English (preferred) and Hindi will be an added advantage
5. Qualification & ExperienceQualification
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Centre Operations, Training Management, Skill Development, Education, or Vocational Training.
- Experience in managing teams and multi-functional operations is preferred.

- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting

7. Grade & Salary
Grade: Manager – Centre OperationsSalary Range: 2.5LPA – 4.5LPA (Based on experience and profile)

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
