Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Drive lead generation and campaign performance
- Plan campaign strategy, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Improve landing page performance and retargeting campaigns
- Monitor campaign budgets and optimise spending for maximum ROI
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Track conversions, analyse campaign data, and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience managing multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously
- Good understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Exposure to the wedding or events industry
