Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms, including Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other digital communities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Discord community management, audience engagement, content planning, and lead generation strategies.
The candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing community engagement, generating qualified leads, and maintaining a strong online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow communities across Discord and other social media platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, announcements, and campaigns.
Moderate Discord servers and online communities to maintain positive engagement and community guidelines.
Plan and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Generate leads through social media campaigns, community engagement, and outreach activities.
Monitor audience interactions and respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
Organize online events, AMAs, contests, and community activities to improve engagement.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and communities for promotional opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
Strong hands-on experience managing Discord communities and moderation tools.
Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram, and other social platforms.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques through social media and online communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with strong content creation and campaign planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
