Job description
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide efficient IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and IT assets.
- Ensure timely software updates and system maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, and basic cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
