Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender documents and bid proposals.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Maintain a database of material rates, labor costs, and vendor pricing.
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations.
- Support project budgeting, cost control, and variation order assessments.
- Assist in preparing project cash flow forecasts and cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
