We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder with 3–5 years of experience in generating business through online platforms. The candidate should have strong expertise in bidding on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms, along with excellent communication and proposal-writing skills to secure projects for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Write customized and high-quality proposals to convert leads into clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimations.
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track communication.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain good ratings and company reputation on bidding platforms.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in online bidding / IT sales / lead generation.
- Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements (Web, Mobile, Software, etc.).
- Good knowledge of proposal writing and client handling.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (Web development, Mobile apps, AI, etc.).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
