Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and support Celeste's digital presence across various online platforms. This is an individual contributor role requiring a
hands-on professional who can independently manage website updates, digital campaigns, marketplace coordination, SEO initiatives, and digital performance tracking.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, digitally savvy, and comfortable working closely with the founder in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing: Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with external partners/agencies for optimization and execution.
Website Management: Manage website content updates, product information, landing pages, banners, and promotional content. Coordinate with website developers and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning and timely updates.
SEO, AEO & GEO:Support initiatives to improve organic search visibility through SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and emerging search technologies including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Amazon Account Management: Manage and maintain product listings, content updates, catalogue accuracy, and brand presence on Amazon. Monitor listing performance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for improvements.
Content & Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with designers, photographers, content creators, and agencies for campaign execution and content requirements. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting:Track website traffic, campaign performance, search rankings, and other digital metrics. Prepare periodic reports and share insights and recommendations.
Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, developers, and marketing partners to ensure timely execution of projects and marketing initiatives.
Brand Support :Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and other brand-building activities as required.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals
Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization
Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
Experience managing website content and updates
Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace management
Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital reporting tools
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and execution focus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
