Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven ERP Business Executive to promote and sell ERP solutions tailored for fintech, NBFCs, MSMEs, and enterprise clients. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution pitching, and closing deals while coordinating with internal product and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions in the fintech domain
- Conduct product demos and presentations for ERP modules.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in CRM
- Stay updated with fintech trends, ERP features, and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in ERP / SaaS / Fintech sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP solutions to NBFCs, MFIs, MSMEs, or fintech companies
- Knowledge of financial software, accounting systems, or payment platforms
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate sales
