About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Analyst for our NDT Section to conduct Non-Destructive Testing of concrete and structural elements, analyze results, and guide quality assurance for construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of concrete and structural elements
- Conduct Rebound Hammer Test, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), and other NDT methods
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed technical reports with recommendations
- Ensure testing complies with relevant IS codes/standards and quality procedures
- Supervise on-site testing activities and mentor junior staff
- Liaise with clients and project teams on testing requirements, schedules, and findings
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in NDT methods and equipment
- Working knowledge of structural assessment and QA/QC processes
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with ability to manage/guide a small team
