Ø Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and functional needs.
Ø Conduct site visits when required to assess site conditions and take accurate measurements.
Ø Prepare site plans and floor plans based on the client’s requirements and site measurements.
Ø Develop space planning layouts to ensure proper functionality and design flow.
Ø Prepare mood boards including colour schemes, materials, textures, and design concepts.
Ø Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements according to the design concept.
Ø Create 3D design presentations and visualizations to help clients understand the proposed design.
Ø Present the design concept to the client and explain design ideas and material selections.
Ø Revise designs based on client feedback and obtain final client approval.
Ø Ensure that all furniture, materials, and finishes are approved by the client through email confirmation before finalization.
Ø Coordinate with the drafting team and check drawings after they are completed.
Ø Review drawings to ensure accuracy, measurements, and design details are correct.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
