Job Title: In-House Content Creator – Womenswear Brand

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on In-House Content Creator to join our womenswear brand. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing the story behind our brand — from production floor to finished product — through compelling visual content for social media and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and record behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage of production processes, including tailoring, sampling, and manufacturing
- Create engaging reels and short-form video content for Instagram and other social platforms
- Photograph products (flat lays, on-mannequin, etc.) for and social media use
- Work in close coordination with the Communication Designer
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all content deliverables
- Manage and organize raw and edited content assets
Requirements
- Experience in photography and videography, preferably in fashion, apparel, or a related creative industry - is a must
- Proficiency with camera equipment, smartphone content creation tools, and basic lighting setups
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and understanding of social media trends (Instagram Reels, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with design and marketing teams
- Good time management skills to handle multiple shoots/deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience creating content for a fashion or lifestyle brand
- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous BTS, product, or social media content
