About Us
Root Cleaning Products is a growing manufacturer of household cleaning products, including Wipers, Mops, and Cleaning Accessories. We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to join our manufacturing team and help manage day-to-day production activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities in the wiper manufacturing unit.
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage workers and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
- Maintain production records and inventory of raw materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and dispatch teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
- Assist management in production planning and scheduling.
Requirements
- Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Freshers with strong learning ability are welcome.
- Candidates with 3–4 years of manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to handle workers and solve day-to-day production issues.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Salary
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills)
- Experienced Candidate: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
