The Customer Insight Store Experience Senior Analyst (L10) will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making for Brand Marketing. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and supporting campaign effectiveness measurement through advanced analytics and visualization.
What are we looking for? • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and storyteller • Expert in Market Research, Customer Experience Research • Worked in Retail domain • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions • Strong written and communication skill • Expertise in marketing research, customer experience research & insights • Intermediate SQL for data extraction and transformation • Must have Retail domain experience for at least 2-3 years • 4–6 years of experience in retail marketing research, Survey Analysis, customer experience research & insights • Experience working with large datasets and marketing performance data • Exposure to retail or media analytics • Worked on BI tools Power BI. Tableau is preferred • Exposure to marketing analytics and performance measurement is preferred • Experience working with campaign data, advertiser metrics, or marketing datasets preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • Generate actionable insights using customer and behavioral datasets • Carry out Market research and Competitor trends analysis/studies • Measure store experience metrics with insights • Analyze customer feedback / NPS, Conduct mystery shopping analysis • Conduct mystery shopping analysis • Create clear, concise executive reporting packs • Translate complex data into simple, business-friendly narratives • Build, maintain, and enhance marketing dashboards • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for business stakeholders • Analyze campaign effectiveness across paid, owned, and earned channels • Identify performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and ROI insights • Partner with marketing teams to provide analytics inputs for planning and forecasting • Support test-and-learn frameworks and measurement roadmaps
Any Graduation
