- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong email drafting and professional communication ability
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Salesforce (or any CRM tool)
- Experience in lead generation techniques and tools
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
