We’re Hiring | HSE Manager – Aluminium Furnace Package | India & KSA
Gillespie & Powers, Inc. is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our Aluminium Melting Furnace Package project supporting a major industrial facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Location:
Phase 1 – India Office
Phase 2 – Project Site, Saudi Arabia
Role Highlights:
- Lead overall Health, Safety & Environmental management for a large-scale industrial furnace project
- Manage HSE planning, risk assessments, HAZOP, HIRA, permit-to-work systems, audits, compliance & incident management
- Coordinate with EPCM contractors, clients, subcontractors & multinational teams
- Support installation, commissioning & project close-out activities on-site in KSA
Preferred Experience:
- 10–15 years of HSE experience in heavy industrial sectors such as Steel, Aluminium, Oil & Gas, Cement, Power, or EPC/EPCM projects
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, HAZOP, SIL & industrial safety practices
- Experience in Middle East projects will be an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree / Industrial Safety Qualification
- NEBOSH IGC & NEBOSH Diploma mandatory
- IOSH / Lead Auditor certifications preferred
