Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, design presentations, conduct market research, and support branding activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong designing skills, creativity, presentation-making abilities, and an understanding of digital marketing trends. The candidate will also be responsible for researching market trends, competitors, influencer activities, and customer preferences to help improve the company’s marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Handle and manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Develop social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor social media engagement, insights, and audience growth.
- Respond to basic inquiries and coordinate with customers or influencers online.
Content Creation & Designing
- Design creative posts, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create visually attractive PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for company pitches, collaborations, campaigns, and meetings.
- Assist in branding and visual identity development.
- Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, design, and communication.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research related to customer behavior, competitors, cafes, restaurants, influencers, and fragrance industry trends.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Research trending content ideas and social media trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations and brand promotions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Good designing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent PPT and presentation-making skills.
- Creative thinking and branding understanding.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job SpecificationEducational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Design, Media, or related field.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in social media handling, designing, or digital marketing preferred.

Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
