Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Controller to support our solar project operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining, tracking, and managing project documentation while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project-related documents, records, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize, update, and archive technical, contractual, and project documents.
- Track document submissions, approvals, revisions, and distribution.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients regarding documentation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain document registers, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure timely submission of project documents and compliance records.
- Support project teams with document retrieval and record management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Documentation Controller.
- Experience in solar projects or renewable energy projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling EPC or solar project documentation.
- Knowledge of project documentation standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping practices.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
