Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Management Information System (MIS) Executive role based in Kochi. The MIS Executive will manage, update, and maintain MIS databases and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for management and operational teams. Responsibilities include collecting and validating data from multiple departments, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, and analyzing trends to support decision-making. The role involves coordinating with sales, service, finance, and other functions to streamline data flows and improve reporting processes. The MIS Executive will also support basic system administration tasks, document reporting procedures, and suggest improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to handle structured and unstructured data.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and related tools, with the capability to build, update, and automate recurring reports.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail to identify patterns, validate data accuracy, and present meaningful insights.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting software, and basic database tools; familiarity with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Kochi, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reports within strict timelines.
- Prior experience in automotive, retail, or similar data-driven operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
