Job Summary:
Sinro Robotics Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Software Trainer with 1+ year of experience to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering basic software and programming training to students, guiding them through practical sessions, and helping them build a strong foundation in software concepts. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
- Deliver basic software and programming training to students.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions, practical labs, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Explain software concepts in a simple and effective manner.
2. Student Mentoring
- Guide students through hands-on exercises, assignments, and mini projects.
- Provide continuous support to help students understand core software concepts.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment.
3. Training Material Preparation
- Prepare presentations, training materials, demonstrations, and learning resources.
- Update course content based on current technologies and industry requirements.
- Develop practical exercises to enhance student learning.
4. Student Progress Monitoring
- Maintain student attendance records and progress reports.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
5. Technical Knowledge Development
- Stay updated with programming languages and software development fundamentals.
- Continuously upgrade technical and teaching skills.
- Learn and adopt new technologies as required.
6. Training Support & Travel
- Coordinate with the training team for smooth execution of sessions.
- Be willing to travel to different training locations when required.
- Ensure a professional and engaging learning experience for students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), MCA, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in software development or software training.
- Good knowledge of programming languages and software development fundamentals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel for training sessions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in software training or classroom teaching will be an added advantage.
- Passion for mentoring students and building technical skills.
- Ability to create an interactive and student-friendly learning environment.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and upgrade technical knowledge.
