Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage jewellery assortments based on customer demand, sales trends, and seasonal requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and vendors for product development, sourcing, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouses to ensure optimum stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance and identify fast-moving and slow-moving products to improve inventory efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders and track production and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate stock transfers, replenishment, and new collection launches across retail stores.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards, hallmarking, certification, and company specifications.
- Maintain accurate product, inventory, and purchase records in the ERP system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in jewellery merchandising, buying, inventory planning, or retail merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
