- Collaborate with clinical dietitians to design therapeutic diets that accommodate specific medical conditions and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to healthcare sanitation, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Manage daily operations across patient meal delivery, staff dining, and hospital cafeterias.
- Oversee procurement, manage departmental budgets, negotiate contracts, and control food waste.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate F&B and kitchen teams to maintain high service levels and a positive work environment.
- Monitor customer feedback, implement service improvements, and ensure timely meal delivery TAT.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
