Associate Dentist (BDS/MDS) – Growth Opportunity in Established Family Dental Practice
Location: Yerawada (Janta Nagar), Pune
Dr. Sonia's Family Dental Clinic is a growing family-oriented dental practice serving the Yerawada community. We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is looking for clinical autonomy, hands-on experience, and an opportunity to grow with an expanding practice.
The clinic has an established patient base and strong reputation for ethical, affordable, and high-quality dental care. We are looking for a dentist who shares these values and is interested in building long-term relationships with patients and the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and treatment planning
- Perform routine and advanced dental procedures independently
- Scaling and oral prophylaxis
- Restorative dentistry and fillings
- Crown and bridge procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Follow clinic protocols for infection control and patient care
- Provide support and backup clinical coverage when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- BDS or MDS with valid registration
- Preferred experience: 2–5 years
- Strong clinical skills and confidence in independent practice
- Good communication and patient management abilities
- Comfortable treating family, pediatric, and community patients
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English preferred
- Ethical and patient-focused approach to treatment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to long-term practice development

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday availability preferred
- Flexible arrangements may be discussed for the right candidate
Compensation
Performance-linked revenue-sharing model with significant earning potential.
