Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of client requirements. The role involves handling client communication, resolving queries, maintaining service quality, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and sales teams for seamless execution.
- Track client feedback and suggest service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/tools.

Pay: ₹15,478.30 - ₹25,753.01 per month
