Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman – Architecture & Interiors with 6–10 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring accuracy in construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings.
- Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
- Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and design intent.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material take-offs.
- Ensure drawings meet local building codes and project specifications.
- Support site teams with clarifications and revisions.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Drafting / Interior Design.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in architectural & interior drafting.
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Revit
- MS Office
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Excellent understanding of interior fit-out detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in handling complete project drawing sets.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
- Site experience is an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork and leadership capability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
