Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Business Development Executive to expand customer base and drive revenue growth across our diverse product portfolio, including tax compliance solutions, ERP systems, and digital business tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Promote and sell Cloudsat’s products and services to start-ups, SMEs, and individual clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by converting leads into customers
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel sales opportunities
- Generate business for platforms like: Tax & compliance services (Auditfiling), ERP solutions (Tracolab, CSAAP), Digital tools (Tahasil, Sociomint)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Provide post-sales support and ensure long term client engagement
Key Skills
- Strong communication in Hindi & English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities
- Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of business processes, ERP, or SaaS products
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good presentation and pitching skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- More than 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, ERP, or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel
