Job Overview
Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT services, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and supporting business development activities through field marketing.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Visit potential clients, businesses, and prospective customers to promote company services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and local market activities.
- Identify potential business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Explain company products and IT services to prospective clients.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and provide information about competitors and market trends.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business targets.
Qualification:-any graduate,btech,MBA in Marketing
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting clients directly.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of the Kolkata market will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
