We are looking for a Senior Web Developer (Full Stack) to lead the development and management of our digital platforms, booking portals, hotel systems, and lead-generation websites.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and booking platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend, backend, database management, APIs, server deployment, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications
- Lead development of travel booking portals, hotel management systems, and lead generation websites
- Build and manage frontend and backend architecture
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, booking engines, and CRM tools
- Optimize websites for speed, security, SEO, and scalability
- Handle database design, server deployment, and cloud hosting
- Work closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth platform performance
- Manage version control, deployment pipelines, and documentation
- Mentor junior developers and oversee code quality
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Next.js
- Strong backend knowledge in Node.js / PHP / Laravel / Python (preferred)
- Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- API integration experience (REST / third-party APIs)
- Experience with AWS / VPS / cPanel / server management
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly development practices
- Git / GitHub / version control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with prior experience in travel, hospitality, hotel booking, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms will be preferred.
