Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and professional HR Executive to manage recruitment activities, employee coordination, and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, recruitment knowledge, and basic computer proficiency to support daily HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Manage attendance and employee data
- Support daily HR administrative activities
- Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prepare HR reports and maintain databases
Required Skills
- Good recruitment knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Organizational and time management skills
