About the Role
We are seeking a driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team at vCommission. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and driving revenue through strong relationship management.
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across multiple verticals.
Pitch offers, provide tracking links, and ensure affiliates have all necessary campaign details.
Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships via calls, chats, and emails.
Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and share feedback regularly.
Resolve affiliate queries promptly and ensure accurate reporting & reconciliation.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling campaigns.
Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, etc.) is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
