Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead business development activities for our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence across industrial, warehousing, logistics, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PEB projects.
- Generate leads through client visits, networking, consultants, architects, contractors, and industrial associations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable business deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, PMC firms, developers, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence studies.
- Promote the company's PEB solutions through presentations and product demonstrations.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project execution teams.
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.
- Follow up on project progress and maintain client communication.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
- Present business development updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in the PEB, Steel Structure, Roofing, Industrial Construction, or EPC sector.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PEB systems, steel structures, and industrial construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and client management abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
