Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding open positions
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
Ensure timely closure of requirements
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
Required Skills :
Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience in job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Good coordination and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HRMS
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
