Job Description
Position: Electrician
Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical wiring and install or repair switches, sockets, and light fittings.
- Inspect and repair MCBs, distribution boards (DBs), and electrical panels.
- Carry out basic maintenance and routine inspections of diesel generators (DGs).
- Perform basic troubleshooting of motors, pumps, and control panels.
- Handle electrical maintenance in residential societies and commercial buildings.
- Identify faults and complete repairs safely and promptly.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls when required.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards.
- Submit daily work reports to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- ITI in Electrician Trade, Wireman certification, or equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Experience in residential societies, commercial buildings, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
Compensation and Facilities
- Monthly salary of up to ₹18,000.
- Overtime pay, where applicable.
- Weekly day off.
- Uniform and required safety equipment will be provided.
