Job Purpose
This role involves continuous follow-ups, documentation, approvals , and payment coordination over long -duration projects (several months to years). It is a process -driven, office -based role that requires discipline, organisation, and strong communication . This role exists to ensure that ongoing projects are serviced professionally, systematically, and in strict alignment with the company’s Project Management System (PMS) , while allowing the Business Development team to focus exclusively on new order acquisition.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Regular follow-ups with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Tracking multiple tasks and approvals at the same time
- Updating quotations due to design or scope changes
- Coordinating shade approvals, hardware approvals, and scope confirmations
- Following up for payments linked to supply milestones
- Ensuring every step is completed as per the Project Management System (PMS)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
