Job Summary
Baked Cakes and Pastries is looking for an experienced and responsible General Supervisor – Construction to oversee construction and maintenance activities for our 10 branches and upcoming projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring project completion on time, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance works at branch locations
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors, technicians, and workers
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain work quality standards
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company requirements
- Prepare daily and weekly work reports for management
- Coordinate with management regarding project updates and requirements
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth operations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
