Role Description: Provide real-time assistance in support of client projects. Responsible for documentation and formatting of documents in office suite based on the requirements/instructions and ensure timely delivery of high quality output.

Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
Description of Responsibility:

Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner

Raise any discrepancies or clarification with SME?s/Shift leads and get it clarified

Keep shift leads/client managers proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over deadline.
