Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs that support the branding, marketing, and promotional activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for designing packaging, promotional materials, digital creatives, and other visual content related to the tea brand.
Key Responsibilities
· Design creative graphics for product packaging, labels, and branding materials.
· Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and advertisements.
· Develop social media creatives, website visuals, and digital marketing designs.
· Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing platforms.
· Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for promotional campaigns.
· Edit and enhance product images for catalogs, websites, and promotional materials.
· Prepare design files suitable for print and digital platforms.
· Stay updated with latest design trends and branding strategies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Experience
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, packaging, or product-based industries.
Required Skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
· Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage.
· Strong creativity and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
