ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Artificial Intelligence Manager you will be responsible for the development and support of the practice’s AI applications — in an environment of deliberately limited resources, continually improving the processes that impact operations. You oversee the ongoing collaboration between analysts and key technical stakeholders across the full development cycle.
The core of the role is translation: business requirements rendered into technical terms, and technical constraint rendered into honest business language, so that every deliverable meets high standards on both axes. You will be an excellent communicator and a team player — organized, deadline-driven and detail-focused.
Beyond delivery, you own the bench: hiring, mentorship and progression for the cell, and the working culture that keeps strong technical people building here. Engagement confidentiality is a management duty, not just an individual one.
