Key responsibilities
Ensure consistent, reliable and accurate service for product information, new business and policy servicing to customers
Processing of servicing requests as per the organisation process and norms
Front ending for customer queries and resolving their issues, coordinating with central teams for customer complaint resolution
Collecting renewals and ensuring persistency trend for branch customers
Supporting the S2S team for lead generation
